Albert Einstein said.. 'Everything is Energy'
Just like picking up on different radio stations frequency, we can influence whether we are transmitting at low or high vibration.
The higher your vibration, (Upward Spiral) the more authentic you are, and the more capable you'll be of tuning into what you really want and then manifesting it in the world.
This Mindset Tool can help shift by one small step, then the next, from those times you are way down low on the spiral, in grief, pain, guilt, shame, doubt.
Moving just one emotion up the spiral will make a big difference to you! We begin to feel those impacts and we know are teaching ourselves how to trade up the emotion.
We can go up and down these spirals daily! Getting to live in our best life means moving higher up the spiral and understanding how to stay within a small range change.
Here's a few fun ideas for raising the vibration into your Office space
1. Use a crystal water glass
The more swish the feeling it invokes for you, the better! That doesn't mean it needs to be expensive or you have to buy something. But do take a look at a local op shop for old style crystal cut fancy sch-mancy. You want to be holding and sipping from a chip free, stain free one for sure. No broken down versions will do!
2. Add crushed mint, lime wedges, raspberries
Berries have the highest vibration frequency of any fruits! You want to get that elevation and antioxidant increase happening
3. Improve the view in your line of sight
What's the first thing you see as you look up from your laptop, pc, notepad?
What's in the peripheral space?
In that 90 degree view - your subconscious reacts in stress, pain, protection to any visual element that makes it feel overwhelmed. Your work output and quality is directly reduced as a result
Remove things like piles of ironing, folding, bags of stuff you are going to do something else with. Can you move your desk away from looking directly into a wall (or cover it with beautiful imagery, textures.
4. Have a Playlist for morning and afternoon
Create your own or use your Music streaming service suggested ones. I use Amazon/Prime Music and it prompts me with 'Playlists for You' - 50 great 80's songs, Laid Back Classics' 'Powerful Women on Pop' etc
5. Use a luscious hand-cream through the day
Ok, I just had to stop and do this step before I typed any longer. It now is hand and arm cream, given a little too much dispensing. Mmmm.. smells amazing, and my hands feel pampered! I have a few favourite ones - what are yours?
6. Move old papers, receipts off your desk
At the end of each week - I clear my desk space. I file away those receipts/documents I need in printed form. If your desk needs a lot of attention, start with one type of thing. Like receipts and invoices you need for Tax purposes. Get those together and off your desk.
7. Minimise surface litter
I do love writing in notebooks, and keeping some manual details. Playing and scribbling as I brainstorm! As GenX Women we have a great duality of analogue and digital experiences. We can run the world when the power goes out by going 'manual'!
This year I'm moving more of my research bits, clippings, ideas, articles, imagery inspiration onto Trello I'm updating the vital Operations Manual for my Business on there which streamlines finding things in multiple locations. With the intention that if anyone else needed to make decisions in my business they would be would have all the key details on one location.
My core documents are accessible in three places that I'm relying minimally on hard drives of devices!
8. Throw out dried up highlighters, pens
I could bet there is at least two of these sitting on your desk and you know they are there. We want to move you out of stuck, stagnant energy. Do this keeps saying I don't accept that in my space... keep going!!
9. Clear away rubbish, empty the bin
Empty the physical bin, the bin on each of your email addresses, your device bins. Move, Move Move that stuff you've already handled OUT to allow a vaccuum of space for the new fresh fun!
10. Wipe surfaces with uplifting scent
As I close off my desk at the end of each week, I select one of my favourite essential oils and wipe over the space. And I often do this at the start of the week
Go for citrus based for uplifting energy. Choose Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Lavender for calming, reducing stress and anxiety.
Rose Essential Oil has been seen to have 320MHz frequency!
11. Choose an inspiring desktop screen
Where would you like to travel to next, What feature would you like to add to your home, What is an experience you would like to enjoy. Use every space to evoke your senses to inspire your elevation UP!
